Report

All park trees and bushes in and around park have been trimmed.

All park electric pedestals dust blown out, cleaned and checked.

No parking signs installed on outside of north wall.

Exit gate painted.

All lot numbers painted on curb.

Scrap iron in recycle area taken to scrap dealer, netted $38.60

All scheduled maintenance for the month has been completed.

Four water stand pipes have been converted to plastic due to water breaks, this is an on going problem.

Many thanks to Ron Stockall for sitting in for me while I was on vacation, Ron did an excellent job keeping the park clean and safe.

As many of you will be returning to the park for the winter, please drive safely. Some residents have arrived here already and the park is starting to see more life.

If you arrive here early you may see that we have acquired two javelinas in the park. The fish and game has been notified to no avail, there suggestion is to leave them alone, do not feed them, keep water supplies away and do not approach they will not harm you and should leave on there own. There is a big fine if you harm them as they are a protected game animal.

Have a safe trip back to Sunscape.

Dale
