Mary Ann Fender…Board LiaisonThe meeting was called to order by chairman Norah Sostrom. The sign in sheet was passed around. The minutes from the October meeting were read and discussed.
The visitation sheet was sent around for members to sign.
The manager asked at the last management team meeting that we mention the town hall meeting and board meeting to those we visit and encourage them to attend. The town hall meeting is the first Tuesday of the month and the board meeting is the second Tuesday of the month. We need to add that policy and emphasis the sunscape webpage.
Mary Lawler will conduct the meeting in December as Norah will be in Seattle for the holidays.
A new chairperson needs to be elected in January. The requirements for chairperson were passed out and discussed.
Packets were put together with the exception of the Arizona and Pinal county maps. They will be added later as Carole is going to pick them up at the Chamber of Commerce.
