An informal meeting was called to order by Chairman Norah Sostrom.
Resignations were accepted from Loli Norman and Linnea Bolm. An attendance sheet was passed around along with a membership sheet to check e-mail addresses and phone numbers. We discussed techniques for getting new members. Two new members were welcomed to the committee. Both Pat and G. H. Sublett are eager to welcome first time visitors to Sunscape.
Three evaluations came in over the summer. All were excellent including their intension to revisit our park. The materials contained in the packets were reviewed. Emergency information needs to be emphasized as well as evaluations.Norah reported that she had made six visits so far in October. The sign up sheet for visitations was passed around.
Having no further business the meeting was adjourned. Next meeting is November 24th at 10:00. We will meet in the conference room of the Activity Center.
