MINUTES OF
MANAGEMENT TEAM MEETING
1:00 pm December 12, 2010

Dale Schoeneberger opened the meeting at 1:00pm

People in attendance were:
Jim Cleveland- BOD Jack Cox - Block watch

Robyn Moore- Arc Norman Voelpel - Admin Support

Fran Bolm - Office Carole Baker - Ambassadors

Larry Eginiore - Maint. J.J. Schmitz - Safety

Fire- There was no one in attendance. Dale said the George Bush might be taking over duties of Fire Chief.

Safety - J.J. Schimtz - finishing up with the signs for MSDS. He would like to have Medical, Fire and Maint. to take the training on the second meeting date. The speed signs were discussed for the park a cost of $2600.00 for one sign. They can rent one for a month of $200.00. A suggestion was that we rent one for two months to see if we can slow people down and stop at stop signs.

Maintenance - Larry Eginiore - Gate on the exit gate is for emergency use only. Want to take out gate at shuffleboard area and put one in from the street.

Block Watch - Jack Cox- He has decided not to have anymore meetings as no one attends and will talk in short at the Town Hall Meetings.

Finance - No One in attendance but Fran said they need to take money of Contingency fund to put in general fund to cover expenses.

Ambassadors- Carole Baker - They have a number of new members. Have gotten good reports. Supplies are up to date.

Medical - Lee Apger - no one was in attendance.

ARC - Robyn Moore - ED2 not going to enforce 5’ setback from meters. It will be up to the park to enforce the rules. Pre sale inspection was done on Lot 513 and the owner does not have to remove the trees.

LRP - Norm Voelpel - there is going to be a training class for all committees and new board members coming on. All Guest will be welcome. There will a recruiting table set up ant the annual meeting.
