MINUTES OF
MANAGEMENT TEAM MEETING
1:00 pm December 6, 2010

Meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by Dale Schoeneberger

People in attendance were.
Jack Cox – Block Watch Jerry Higgerson – BOD
Jim Cleveland – BOD Norm Voelpel – Admin Support
Norah Sostrom – Ambassadors Fran Bolm – Office
J.J. Schmitz – Safety Pat Olsen – Finance
Keith Cornish – Admin Support Larry Eginiore - Maint
Bob Gordon – BOD Robyn Moore – Architecture

Finance (Pat Olsen) – Everything is up to date. Having a meeting right after this meeting and will have more info at that time.

Fire Dept.- Ron Stockall has resigned from the fire dept. and they are looking for a new leader. Tri- Valley will be out on Wednesday the 8th of Dec. to check all park extinguishers. Most are out of date. Dale is going to map out the park as to where Park extinguishers are.

Safety – (J.J. Schmitz) Does not have enough people to cover all sections of the park. Park needs more speed bumps. Norm Voelpel asked that we wait until roads are done to worry about speed bumps. Dale said he is going to start fining people for speeding and not stopping at stop signs.

Block watch – (Jack Cox) Having meeting Dec. 7th. The trouble is nobody comes to the meetings. The past couple of month there has only been about 6-8 people at each meeting. If more people don’t show up he will stop having meetings.

Maintenance – (Larry Eginiore) All people working hard. . A new Fence on the exit gait is up and working now. It is a gate that swings open and closed.

Ambassadors – (Norah Sostrom) Getting good response from visitors. They need to rewrite some of the paper work in the packets.

Medical – (Lee Apger) They got three or four new members to the team.

Architecture (Robyn Moore) He has to change the code for the storage area from Manufactured Homes to storage so that a building can be constructed out there. The Co. says the set back for the east side of the park is set at 10 feet to building. On the west side the sheds have to be set back 5 feet from the property lines.

Admin Support –(Norm Voelpel) There was errors on project from last meeting.
1-19-2011 there will be a workshop for new members. All committees’ members should be there. This is a four-hour workshop. He wants to make this workshop an annual project.
