MINUTES OF
MANAGEMENT TEAM MEETING
1:00 pm February 28, 2011

 

Meeting was called to order by Dale Schoeneberger at 1:00pm

Gerry Vanhooren- LRPG- brought to the floor projects that they plan to work on in the coming   year. Some of the things they intend to have a March report, which will allow for an update interim LRP that can be finalized next fall.

ARF # 1.017 – More Physical Activities- submitted by Dorothy Schultz- This was turned over to LRPG- Gerry Vanhooren for more investigation.

ARF # 1.018 – Change Park entry to south End of Park – Submitted by Wayne Kissick- This was turned over to LRPG- Gerry Vanhooren for more investigation.

ARF # 1.019 – Dispose of all present exercise equipment and purchase new exercise equipment-Submitted by Dave and Joanne Meyer- This was turned over to LRPG – Gerry Vanhooren for more investigation.

ARF # 1.020 – Use of vacant space, Picnic area – Submitted by Jerry and Gloria Hornbeck - This is also turned over to LRPG – Gerry Vanhooren for more investigation.

ARF # 10.21 – Security Cameras for the Welcome Center- Submitted by Alicia Rasmussen- This was turned over to Safety and Medical – J.J. Schmitz and Lee Apger for more investigation.

Robyn Moore – Architecture – said they are down to one Contractor for the proposed paving of Sunscape Way.  He will be trying to find out who is responsible for Sunscape Way road.

Norm Voelpel – Admin Support – is planning a meeting on the 14^th of March for a budget   planning.
