3. Action Referral Form - ARF - Cmte. members to fill out and bring to Safety Cmte. Mtg. for burning issues - JJ to send out ARF form with minutes.

4. Golf cart license and insurance discussion

5. Jim Bergman - Security ideas for patio doors, member check list, focused on highest risk population.

6. Environmental Safety Surveys – The Activity Center was surveyed during this meeting time and a second day was required to complete the survey. Second survey time scheduled for 19 January @1PM.
