Remember, when requesting the issuance of a permit you must submit 4 copies (8 1/2 x 11) of your improvement project [Plan View of the Project ONLY]  showing existing improvements on your lot and detailing all the work that you wish to do. Set backs from the lot lines must be included. Please show your name and lot # on the prints.

Regular Architectural Committee meetings are held between October first and April 30th of each year. In cases of extreme circumstances between May first and September 30th an applicant may apply to the Park Manager for plan approval and permit.

The Sunscape R. V. Cooperative Architectural Rules are available from the Welcome Center. Please review the latest rules while you are designing your project.

Cactus and agave are beautiful in the desert environment but can be very dangerous for first responders and maintenance workers who must enter your lot. Please make sure that you place thorny desert plants so that fire, first aid and maintenance workers won't be hurt when responding to our needs or Park required work on your lot.

Are you aware that trees may not be planted in the lot setbacks? Also, please choose plants and trees carefully to prevent encroachment on your neighbor's lot. Please obtain a permit when planning to do landscaping on your lot and before the work is completed.

Whether selling your lot or simply transferring the lease certificate into another name due to a death in the familiy or for will and trust reasons, a "Lot Presale Inspection" is necessary before transfer. To start the process, complete a "Notification of Intent to Sell" form at least two weeks prior to the desired transfer date. The form is available from the Park manager.
