Jo Ann gave a run down on the upcoming events, some are
finalized and some are in the working stages.

Tagalongs were discussed that would appeal to a variety of
people.

A Veterans’ Day event with food is planned to honor our Vets in the park.  Tickets will be sold in advance.

Discussion was held concerning getting groups to use the WII game system in the CC.

Several other upcoming events were discussed for when more  people are in the park.

Judy Conley reported that  the new cook books will go on sale at the Town Hall meeting on November 1 for $10.00.
Judy also again will be handling the Bunko games and Albert Conley will be having the Trivia games. 

 

The first basket weaving class will be Nov. 18 and will be offered again on Jan. 13 and Jan. 20

Jo Ann reported that on Dec. 14 a free over night trip is planned to the Fort McDowell Casino if 40 people sign up to attend. 

The committee plans to establish a roster when more members arrive in the park.

The next meeting will be Nov 3, 2011 in the CH.   All  interested residents are invited to attend the meetings.
