The meeting was held at the Community Center. Chairperson Lynn Murphy called the meeting to order at 1:00p.m.Discussions were held on:
1) Bus Trip 1/9/12 to Turf Paradise. $45 fee includes bus ride, race, program,
luncheon buffet, a race named after Sunscape and a picture of one of our
attendees in the Winner’s Circle. Need 8 to sign up.
2) Billie announced there will be a meeting on Monday Dec. 12 @10am in the
Computer Room to discuss organizing a park newspaper.
3) Craft Sale this Saturday has 33 vendors. Need help setting up tables and setup.
Sheri will sell clothing, Marilyn will cashier for food sales, Helen will be the
veggie police, Gloria H and Gloria A will cook, Lynn will be the runner
4) The Park Christmas party will be 12/23/11 in the Community Center. The line
dancers have been invited. Need help to set up and decorate @1pm.
5) Help is still needed to finish the Christmas decorations.
6) Gloria Hornbeck will handle the ticket sales table on 12/15. She also volunteered
to make posters for the Craft Sale.
7) Billie also announced that phone books should be available by January 15th; cost
is $5.00. The Photo Books will go on sale mid-February.The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting will be January 5, 2012, 1:00pm in the Clubhouse.
