SUNSCAPE Activity Committee Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Gloria Hornbeck, Sheri James, Lynn Murphy, Judy Conley, Dorothy Schultz, Susan Pederson, Gloria Atkinson, Carolyn Moore.

The meeting was called to order by Lynn Murphy, chairperson at 1:00 pm.

We began the meeting with getting everyone signed up to help with all the up coming events. Starting with the bingo people needing help to set up chairs, it was decided that they would have to be responsible for recruiting their help for this job. We now have volunteers for the set up and decorate for the dance on Friday, Jan. 20^th. Again on Jan 27^th for the Nearly Newlywed game at 1:00 and Jan 31^st for the Fashion Show in the CC at 9:00 am.

On Feb. 2^nd we will set chairs for the Casino School and Sat. the 4^th for the Classic Memories Show. The next Craft Fair will be on Feb. 11^th. We will set up for this at 4:00 pm in the CC and maybe the CH on Feb 10^th .

The Mystery Dinner on Jan. 28^th has their help arranged at this time.

Craft Fair Feb 11^th will again have food sales from 10:30 to 12:30 providing the food lasts that long.

It was decided to have the sliced tomatoes at the hamburger station where they can be added to the sandwich at that time.

We are increasing the food being purchased for this sale due to the fact we ran out of hamburgers, tomatoes & lettuce at the last sale.

Net profit on the craft sale food for the season is $253.73.

The Raffle Tickets for the Park Party are now for sale at 16 for $10.00 and 6 for $5.00 and a single for $1.00. The Prizes are 1 for $300.00, 1 for $150.00, 1 for $100.00 and 3 for $50.00. Drawings will be at the Annual Meeting, 2 tickets for $50.00 each. And the balance will be drawn on March 10^th at the Park Party, at 1:00.

The next meeting will be Feb 2^nd.
