Meeting called to order.

Several guests at the meeting volunteered to do individual events if a scaled down version of the Park Party could be planned.

After much discussion it was decided to have a modified Park Party on Sat. March 19 from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The following events will be included:

Garage Sale 7:30 to 1:00 PM – see Jerry at lot #137 for items to be sold.

Bake Sale 7:30 to sell out – see Charlotte and Mary

Lunch 11:00 to 1:00 – Vera Tickets will be sold in advance - $5.00, Pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw, soda, lemonade or tea

Casino Night 7:00 PM – Pudge and Pat

Raffle tickets – Jean Aili and Activity Committee to sponsor. Cash prizes, tickets $1.00 or 6 for $5.00. Don’t have to be present to win.

Try to get recycle barrels for all buildings? Will get volunteers to take care of recycle?

Need recipes for cookbook by Feb. 28^th

Next meeting will be on Feb 3^rd at AC – Conference Room.
