1. JoAnn gave an overview of the upcoming events and volunteers were requested.

2. Schedule for Activity Committee Meetings was confirmed as follows:
January 20, February 3, February 17, March 3, March 17

3. Ticket Sales times were discussed and volunteers were obtained. It was agreed to maintain the schedule set by the Activity Director. Further changes will be made as needed.
Current Schedule as follows:
Monday 3-5 CH, Thursday 11-1 CH, Town Hall Meetings 1st Tuesday every month, 8:30 A.M.

4. Members were asked to work on recruiting a chairperson for Park Party. Members agreed to try however the consensus was that interest was low.

5. The committee voted to go forward with the sponsoring of a Sunscape Cookbook. It was agreed that meeting for the cookbook be held separately from the regular committee meeting. A deadline for recipes was set for Feb. 28 to allow for editing to be completed during March. Books should be available for sale in the fall.

I would like to suggest the first cookbook meeting be held at 1:00 PM, Jan. 13, 2011 - CH.
