Management Team Meeting

April 5, 2010

Dale Schoeneberger call the meeting to order at 1:00pm

In attendance was Glenda Wilson – Finance, J.J. Schmitz – Safety, Fran Bolm - Office, Ron Stockall – fire, Larry Eginoire, Maint. Jack Cox – Security /Blockwatch, Norah Sostrom – Ambassadors, Larry Gingrich – BOD, Lee Apger- Medical, John Stalzer- Finance.

There will only be one meeting per month for the rest of the summer. That will be the first Monday of each month, start in May.

Dale told us that the electric in the kitchen had been solved. Gerry Higgerson our on site Electrician fixed one problem.

Dale got a bid from Skelly Electronics Ink for fixing the electrical in the whole kitchen, at a cost of $519.00, there are more problems. Dale would like to wait until fall to do the job.

Dale talked to the BOD about the fixing of the roads. They want us to plan on how to do it and report back to them with the results.   We would like to do all the roads at one time.

Fire – Ron Stockall; Dale got the permit to burn the burn pile. Ron has to check on weather we can still burn after the 5th of April.

Ambassadors- Norah Sostrom; The Committee had their last meeting the end of March. They had 1/3 more people to visit this year.

Medical - Lee Apger; The group had 8 call outs in the past two weeks. No other problems.

Safety – J.J. Schmitz; Globe lights should be on all park lots in the summer. Safety is trying to get people to leave their Globe lights on. In the summer while they are gone. ARF was submitted.

Security/Blockwatch – Jack Cox; Next meeting will be on the 6th of April at 2:00pm.

Finance – Glenda Wilson; The last meeting will be the 13th of April. There is a need to have three more people on that committee.

Maintenance – Larry Eginoire; Nothing to report this meeting. Still working to find a company to put in WiFi.
