SUNSCAPE RV RESORT
APRIL 2010 MONTHLY REPORT
Hello Fellow Sunscapers!

April 15, 2010 the end of a great season. I hope you all had a safe return home and looking forward to seeing you again next season.
Pinal County Environmental Health Services inspected our park to include swimming pool, hot tub, toilets, all buildings, park lots, garbage area, laundry rooms, etc, we got a passing grade in all areas.
The concrete for the shuffleboard was poured today and we now have three shuffleboard courts to be used.
Two more septic tanks were rebuilt and in operation, that makes six completed and one more to go, due to the location of the seventh tank, our present plan is to wait until fall to rebuild it.
All outside telephones at the club house have been removed. The wall has been rebuilt and painted, looks good.
As of this date our recycling program has netted the park $456.00.
All park lots and around all buildings have been sprayed and weeded the parks common areas outside of the park have been sprayed.
Our drug turn in program has been started by a few people turning in their unwanted drugs (pills); this, in the long run will help solve our sewer problem by not flushing them down the toilet. They will be disposed according to the federal guidelines.
Brandon Downs, a part time maintenance man was hired to help Brett with the maintenance duties for the summer. Brandon is a college student at ASU and the grandson of Jean Hudson. I feel Brandon will be an asset to the maintenance team.
All scheduled maintenance for the month of April has been completed
I am sorry to announce that on Friday, April 30, 2010, Damon Hiller, Lot # 380 passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with Lorna and the family.
