SUNSCAPE RV RESORT

July 2010 MONTHLY REPORT

Hello Fellow Sunscapers!

SUNSCAPE RV RESORT

A 63 lb pig was consumed and enjoyed at Sunspaces 4th of July pig roast. There were 63 people in attendance, (see photos on Sunscape info web site). The duck races and the 50/50 brought in a total of $113.60 for the cancer relay for life. The pig roast itself minus all expenses brought in a total of $74.59 which was given to the summer activity fund.

All steel railings were installed on the handicap ramp at the community center, see photos on Sunscape web site.

Brett, our maintenance man, was away for two days taking a state certification course and becoming a licensed pool operator for the state of AZ. That is a first for Sunscape, now we should expect good things from Brett, (in the pool area).

Sunscape RV Park has shown exemplary results by recycling an average of 3.70 tons per month over the past 6 months. We have been chosen to participate in a rewards program, one of the rewards is that we will now accumulate $1.50 per ton, which means more revenue for the park. Other rewards include extra cash, gift cards, and special promotions, etc.

Six more stand pipes have been changed over to plastic, keep driving on.

All scheduled maintenance on equipment has been completed.

Continued maintenance and beautification of park grounds, some small projects are in the works but not finished enough to report them.
