MAY 2010 MONTHLY REPORT

Hello Fellow Sunscapers!

All park electric pedestals painted and numbered.

A new 4x6 white board and 3x4 cork board was installed across from mail boxes at the club house.

Management Team meeting held, 8 chairs in attendance. Major topics discussed were No Parking signs, park road repairs, fire dept drills. There will be four people in the park for the summer to handle any fire calls.

All No Parking sign post have been driven into ground on south end of park. The signs themselves will be put on prior to next season and no parking enforced.

Spraying and weeding is an on going process, all bushes and oleanders around both storage areas have been trimmed and cut down significantly.

A two inch water line broke at the ball valve and was repaired. What a mess.

Due to the recent break-ins at Mission Royal, our park surveillance has been increased. We have more eyes watching the park now.

Twelve stand pipes have been converted from galvanize to plastic.

The west side of the activity center has been shut down for the season except for the laundry room and bath rooms.
