A new Sunscape sign has been put into place at the main entrance gate.   Photos on the web site. 

 

A new RO water machine outside the club house has replaced the old machine.  The new machine now accepts nickels, dimes and quarters. The old machine has been placed on the FOR SALE list, inside and outside of the park.   Any one interested?

 

We have started the quote of the week again.  Check out the web site for the weekly words of wisdom.

 

All the air conditioners on the AC, CH and CC have been serviced and the fins combed out by Tri- Clor Service Company.

 

The west side of the AC is closed for the season.

 

The clubhouse roof has been replaced with a new roof, included with it is a fifteen year labor and materials warranty.

 

Joann’s activity office has been cleaned and rug shampoo.

 

Continuous water maintenance.
