Called to order by Chairperson Keith Cornish, @ 11:00am.

Attendance: Chairperson - Keith Cornish, Vice Chair - Neal Wehmer, Jean Aili, Sunny Stimmel, GH Sublett & Norm Voelpel.

Minutes:  The following minutes were adopted as written:  November 22,2011- motion by J Aili & seconded by N Voelpel,  December1, 2011 – motion by J Aili & seconded by N Wehmer,   December 6, 2011 – motion by N Wehmer & seconded by J Aili.   All motions carried.

Time for this meeting was cut short due to attendance at the BOD meeting. Old Business: Item #1. Guidelines for Capital Expenditures. Item #5. Record Retention policy. New Business: Item #1. BOD Orientation Workshop.	Items for action were prioritized by members. Several questions surrounding proposed bylaw changes may be forthcoming from the BOD. Draft #1 distributed by J Aili. Workshop date, length, participant attendance and content discussed. Workshop preparation meeting dates & room reservations discussed.	Items not covered will appear on the next regular meeting agenda. Guidelines and proposed bylaw changes will be tabled at this time and addressed following direction from the BOD. Review at the January10, 2012 meeting. Workshop confirmation from the BOD is required. Keith will follow-up with BOD Liaison regarding the workshop. Workshop Preparation meeting set for December 20 from 9am to 12noon – Sunny S will reserve a room. BOD Orientation Workshop proposed date pending BOD confirmation. Sunny S will research Community Center availability for the third week of January.
