Meeting was called to order by Norah Sostrom. The resignation of our co-chairperson was passed around. Norah explained that Pauline Regimbald would not be in the park because of Maurices’s medical problems. Kathy Bostrom has stepped forward to take over the chairmanship. Kathy will be in the park this next week.
The visitation sheet was passed around for signatures through the next meeting. Packets will be kept at the Welcome Center as well as the sheet on who is to be visited. Karen Smith volunteered to go to the Chamber of Commerce and get material for packets. Everyone who is new in the park and is here at least for one week will be visited. Materials are the same as last year. If more packets need to be made up before the next meetings members will be notified.
New owner booklets were also discussed.
Being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
