Ambassador Committee – January 27, 2010

Old Business:

Members were reminded that if they could not do their sign up week please get a substitute or let Norah know.
Evaluation sheets were discussed. Nine sheets have been turned in this season. Members are to emphasis returning the evaluation sheets to the Welcome Center. A negative evaluation sheet was discussed and Norah will call the people involved.
Fifty-nine visits have been made this season so far. Eleven evaluations have been turned into the Welcome Center.
Reviews of the park via web sites were discussed. Members agreed that this should be looked into.

New Business:

Norah announced that we needed to elect a new co-chairman. Sheets were passed out which explained the role of co-chairman. Mary Lawler volunteered to run for the two year term. Being no further nominations the committee unanimously elected Mary Lawler as our new co-chairman.
The manager had asked that the committee include the sheet from the wastewater plant in our packets. Discussion followed and the sheets will be added to the packets.

Visitation sheet was passed around and Norah will see that each member gets a copy.
Norah thanked those who attended and being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
