AMBASSADOR COMMITTEE MEETING

November 25, 2009

Members Present:
Catherine Eaton
Linnea Bolm
Norah Sostrom
Board Liaison: Neal Wehmer

1. The meeting was called to order by chairperson, Norah Sostrom.
2. This month sixteen visits have been made for temporary guests and one owner visit.
3. Packet information was discussed and examples shown. Procedure for getting visitor names was explained.
4. Because of the low attendance the election of a co-chairperson was tabled.
5. Neal volunteered to check out the file drawer situation. It had been requested that we remove boxes from the top of file cabinet. We lost one of our drawers in the file cabinet. It was not possible at this time to remove boxes from the top of cabinet.
6. Neal suggested that we request the new board secretary as our board liaison in February when he retires from the board.

Norah thanked those who attended and being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
