The meeting was called to order by Robyn Moore at 12:30 pm. In attendance were Don Tuttle, Mick Gigoux, Jim Ellis, Dale Murphy, Nels Pierson, Jim Bergmann, Ray Higgerson, Alan Greager, Jackie Atkins, and Carol Thornton - Board Liaison.
Minutes of the January 18, 2012 meeting were approved as read.
Robyn distributed copies of the offset pin pages for reference when questions are asked or when inspecting lots.
There will be a Board Workshop Thursday, February 2nd at the Community Center – all are encouraged to attend. We need to list the charter highlights; and identify issues that hinder us from performing our jobs: (1) Differences between County rules and Park rules; (2) Interpretation of rules; (3) Rumors; and (4) When is a park permit required (the lot footprint changes - not for maintenance or repairs.)
The meeting was opened for permits at 1:00.
1. Lot 278 – Crystal Fitzgerald (Eunice Dietz) – Remove old concrete & pavers – Pour cement slab, patio & sidewalk. Approved.
2. Lot 367 – Bailey Atkins – Room Addition, Deck, & additional concrete. County permit required. Approved.
3. Lot 398 – Jerry Hornbeck – Awning in front of park model. Approved.
4. Lot 189 – Gerald Christensen – Pavers. Approved.
5. Lot 102 – Wayne Scramstad – Pavers. Approved.
6. Lot 252 – Perry Brown – Additional patio concrete. Approved
7. Lot 378 – Alan Greager – Question - as to whether he can cross lot lines with a sewer connection. He must have a written agreement between both lot owners to document for lot files.
