Architectural Committee Meeting

December 10, 2009

The meeting was called to order by Mike Moore, Chair person, at 12:30 pm. Also in attendance were Don Tuttle, Mick Gigoux, Jim Bergmann, Don Livingston, Jackie Atkins and Bob Gordon, Board Liaison.

Minutes of 12-03-09 meeting were read. Mick Gigoux requested “screen rooms” be added to the third paragraph. The third paragraph should read: Discussion regarding regulations & county permits with regard to room additions & screen rooms. Mike Gigoux moved that the minutes be approved as revised. Jim Bergmann seconded. Approved.

Mike Moore reminded everyone that the last two meetings in December are cancelled. If necessary, however, a special meeting could be called.

The updated Architectural Committee Charter Draft was distributed to those in attendance by Mike Moore. The draft is being sent to Norm Voelpel with regard to form. He also requested committee members review for discussion next week.

Latest Permit Log was distributed, along with Completion Forms ready for inspection; two teams created and half of the forms were given to each.

The proposed rewrite of the Architectural Rules and Regulations have been emailed to the committee members.

Mike Moore will send out notices to those permit holders that have reached their due dates to see if extensions are required.

Bob Gordon said the survey is still in-work. Surveyors are attempting to record lots “as is.” They are looking for volunteers to set rebar. Surveyors will accompany teams.

Alan Greager will resign from the ARC committee due to personal commitments.

Opened meeting for permit requests at 1:00 pm.

1. Lot 43 - Maurice Regimbald - Request to install a portable gazebo to be added to the back of his lot. Don Tuttle moved to accept the proposal with a 4’ measurement from the rear property line. It was seconded by Mick Gigoux. Approved. He was advised that when complete, the pink copy should be taken to the Welcome Center to be put in the ARC box.

2. Lot 218 - Gene Teggatz - Revised the patio measurements on the previously approved permit to read 4’ from rear property line, and 37’ long. With that change approved, he turned in his Completion Form.

No further permit requests.

Mike Moore would like everyone to review Committee Guidelines in preparation for a possible busy meeting in January (after Survey completion).

Jim Bergmann suggested a blurb be put in the weekly Activity Report with regard to questions, since any questions addressed to individuals should be resolved by the committee. If anyone has a question, it can be emailed to Mike Moore at mikeomoore@earthlink.net or can be written down, taken to the Welcome Center, and put in the ARC box.

New ED2 requirements for clearance from pedestals need to be conveyed to the Park Share Owners. Fences and plants are restricted within 3’ of electrical installations.

Motion to adjourn at 1:30 by Don Tuttle, seconded by Mick Gigoux.
