Architectural Committee Meeting

21, 2010
The meeting was called to order by Mike Moore, Chairman, at 12:40 pm. In attendance
were Don Tuttle, Mick Gigoux, Jim Bergmann, Jackie Atkins and Bob Gordon, Board Liaison.Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Don Tuttle moved to accept the minutes as written, seconded by Mick Gigoux. Approved.
Mike Moore presented the proposed Architectural Committee Charter at a Board Meeting. Mike is requesting we draft a new member to the ARC Committee that is a full time resident to handle the paperwork during the summer in an attempt to assist the manager, Dale Schoeneberger. There is also a need for someone with computer skills to process the flow of paperwork; Jackie Atkins volunteered.
The meeting was opened for permit requests at 1:05.
1. Lot 471 - Brenda Erickson - Request to revise previously approved permit by removing deck at back of park model. It was decided to create a new permit to eliminate back deck and add 8‘x8‘ deck at side of park model, and install additional pavers. Motion to approve for work without a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI), by Don Tuttle, seconded by Mick Gigoux. Approved.
2. Lot 35 - Duane Combe - Permit to install a new park model. Mike Moore informed him a 10-scale drawing would be required by the County. Rear set-back will be verified during the PAI because of power pedestal clearance requirements. A motion was made by Mick Gigoux to approve the project subject to PAI, seconded by Don Tuttle. Approved.
3. Lot 448 - Larry Gingrich - Permit to re-side his park model and shed (and insulate), and replace skirting along side, across the front and over to door with bricks. Mick Gigoux moved to approve subject to PAI, Don Tuttle seconded. Approved.
4. Lot 92 - Richard Chopping - Permit requested to install awning from park model to within 5’ of the street, it was noted that the awning drip line must be from 5’ from side lot line. Don Tuttle moved to approve for work, subject to PAI, Mick Gigoux seconded. Approved.
There were no further permit requests.
Jerry Higgerson has drilled and set pins on those lots where the pin needed to be set in concrete on all but a couple of lots.
Mike Moore said there is a need to walk the lot lines to verify all green markers are visible, and to note location of transformer boxes.
Jim Bergman was asked to visit with ED2 to clarify their letter on clearances required around meter pedestals and transformers
Motion to adjourn at 3:04 pm by Mick Gigoux, seconded by Don Tuttle. Approved.
