Meeting was brought to order by President, Jim Cleveland. Present were Jim Cleveland, Larry Gingrich, Jerry Higgerson, Jerry Topper, Kathy Gordon, and manager Dale Schoeneberger, absent Norah Sostrom and Carol Thornton.
The Health Fair for 2013 is cancelled as it was scheduled the same day as the Annual Meeting. The Management meeting scheduled today has been rescheduled for Monday 01/02/12.
The Board is studying to change the By-Laws to make the Cooperative an over 55 plus park. The starting cost is $1000.00 with an additional $5000.00 in attorney fees.
The Fire Committee now has about 9 members.
There will be a meeting January 3, 2012 meeting with Rich of the waste water treatment and Brett who is a 10% owner to discuss the sewer costs.
Carmel Kehler presented a phone bill to the board for problems with her landline. The bill was $86.48 . A motion was made and seconded to pay ½ of the bill or $43.24 as it was not clear who was responsible for the problem. Carried
Policy for under age 19 visitors was discussed and reviewed. Motion was made and seconded to allow the president to sign interim approval of policy. Carried.
