MEDICAL RESPONSE TEAM MINUTES

November 7, 2007

The medical meeting was held in the Conference Room at 9:00 am following a beeper message was sent. Responding were: Ron Anderson, Howard Caires, Bill Gernon, Bob Gordon, Isobel Gordon, C.H. Grubb, Damon Hillery, Lorna Hillery, Ron Stockall, Mary Ann Fender and Gene Wallace. A few people have not picked up their beepers and one of the responder's beeper did not go off. Bud and Joyce Bingenheimer are now handling the beeper checkout.

Persons were sought to assist with the car window etching on the 17^th. Ron Stockall and Howard Caires volunteered.

Mary Ann had a review of our defibrillator using the trainer model. Features of ours were demonstrated so that people would know what to do if the occasion arose.

We had one emergency call at the Maintenance Building when one of our residents injured his hand. There was a delay with our team being dispatched by the Sheriff’s Department. A call was made to the Dispatcher’s Office and the problem was discussed. They will review the procedure and reinforce it with the new employees.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 am.
