Howard was born in Honolulu, HI. After high school he joined the Navy for a 6 year enlistment which included tours in Vietnam. He played in 3 rock bands 60-70's (Groups were the Road Runners, The Vogues, and the Spidels as Lead guitar & Acccompaniment till he was 26yrs old. He worked and went to college and recieved 2 degrees [MA's]. He enjoys surfing, fishing, and RV'ing. His professional life started out as a Western Airlines mechanic. Following that, he worked for Coca Cola for 11 years where he became a maintenance superintent. At the end of that period, he took a job with Anheuser Busch where he worked as a Plant Maintenance Manager where he had responsiblity for 262 employees for 31 yrs. He has belonged to an amateur bowling team. He was President of the Northern California Sunny Brook RV Club of North California. Howard retired from Anheuser Busch in 2002. He moved to Southern California, where, In 2003, he became president of the Sunny Brook RV Club of Southern California until 2007. Howard and his wife Marsha bought their first lot [433] at Sunscape in 2004. They also own lot 399 which is their current home. Howard's retirement has not slowed him down any.
