Dale Schoneberger

Now our Manager and formerly our newest maintenance man.

Dale came to our park 4 years ago and bought into it last year - 2008. He and his wife came from PA and worked here as workampers. Dale was a chemical engineer for over 20 years after he left the Army in which he spent 20 years.

He doesn’t look that old to have worked over 40 years. Asked why he wanted to work maintenance, he replied that he loves the challenge of the job. Now, his wife said that he works to get a break from her.
