Function:

NOTICE FROM THE PROPERTY COMMITTEE

1) If you move/remove park property (tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.) from an original location to ANY OTHER location, you must notify the P-LP committee, even if it is for a short time. This committee is responsible for the Park's property inventory for both documentation and insurance records. Fill out one of the submittal forms, leave a note in the box at the Welcome Center, or notify a committee member. (Note the order of precedence.)

2) Donations to the park follow the same submission procedure. Items received without documentation will be returned to the owner or donated to charity. Please be sure items are both needed and in good repair at the time of donation

Prior to any items that will be used or donated to our Resort you MUST submit a request to the property committee for approval. Failure to do this can cause removal of item or items.

All purchases made for the park must have a purchase order prior to the purchase. Failure to follow this procedure will result in non-payment.
