Called to order by Jim Bergman, Chairperson @ 10:05am.

Quorom not present. Chairperson advised that motions cannot be made in the absence of a quarom. Recommendations from agenda items will be noted.

Who is responsible for maintenance?

 

 

 

What is the liability to the Park if not insured and/or licensed when using roads?

 

 

 

 

It is extremely difficult to pursue safety issues and/or take action at meetings without adequate membership.

 

Follow-up recommendation   made at the February 2011 meeting.

J Bergman reported that the Fire Committee is responsible.

No action needed from this committee.

 

Recommend the BOD investigate whether all park owned golf carts and all terrain vehicles are insured and if used on roads are these vehicles licensed.

 



Recruitment efforts will be made at the BOD meetings by the committee chairperson.

 

 

Sunny and Denis will check all cleaning products in the housekeeping closet against the 2/28/11 inventory list.

New Business:

1.  AZ employment code.

    be decided by the BOD.

The BOD confirmed the block wall on the westside of the Community Center will be moved as requested by the Fire Marshall.

 


The exit door on the west side of the Community Center opens to the left and only to a 45 degree angle making it an unsafe as an exit.

 



Items to be evaluated:
a) are doors obstructed by
objects (ie; flower pots)
b) do the hinges work properly
c) are the doorknobs appropriate according to code (ie; levered  handles).

Information only, no action required from this committee.

 

 

 

J Bergman will research what hinges are needed to correct this and will report back to the committee and the BOD.

 

 





D Waller volunteered to check all doors on all park buildings.
