Reminder that the February Tea will also be a Red Hat items exchange, with discussion, it was decided that members would bring any ‘Red Hat’ items that they either wanted to exchange, sell give. The member will have to identify which by tagging each item with their name and intention.
NEW BUSINESS:
Carole McGhie has agreed to host the annual PJ Party in February, she will research the use of the Activity Center and plan a date, she has some fun ideas and a movie may be a part of the function. The time will be either 4 or 5 to maybe 8 or so. We can plan to bring finger food etc.
A lengthy discussion was held about the appropriate amount available for reimbursement for Tea Preparation, it was decided that the amount would be reduced to $25 with the stipulation that additional amounts would be available if discussed with me before hand. If the greater amount remained it would become necessary to raise dues to accommodate.
The meeting was turned over to the Hostesses for January – Carol Thornton, Nancy Dimick, Ona Voelpel. Door Prizes were drawn.
