Rental rates are dependent on the scheduled stay. Typical monthly rates vary from $300 per month during the

slower season to $400 per month during the peak season. Call with your schedule and rates can be quoted for the

period of your stay. Electrical service is provided at an additional charge equal to the billed service.

 

When sites are available, Daily Rate is $22 per day and Weekly Rate is $135 including electrical

 

Note: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required which will be applied to the last months rent. Refund will be granted only if

notification is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival regardless of reason for cancellation.
