In order to comply with Sunscape RV Resort Rules and Regulations, lot owners are requested to inquire the following information prior to renting their lot:

 

1.    The unit must be able to park with a 5 foot setback on the rear of the RV, 5 foot setback from the driver’s side of

the unit and 12 foot setback from the front curb when backed onto the lot. Side setback is from the wall or extended slide wall nearest the lot line.

 

 

2.    The unit must be acceptable in appearance, age and condition.
